A Full-Service Hair Salon For Men

We are two 20 year old females hairstylists, working in the Men's Haircutting Industry. We have been best friends since middle school and once we moved onto high school, we were selected a spot in our high schools Cosmetology Program. Upon receiving our Cosmetology License, we knew right away that we wanted to steer away from the world of women's hair, which led us to pursuing Men's Haircuts! 

The story behind our business name "131 Illusions" is a unique story. We created a list of things we had in common to try and create a name and remembered how unique our birthdays are. Arely's Birthday being August 31 and Azalea's Birthday being August 13. We have always said its super cool that the dates of our birthdays are just flipped. That being said, the name was created by using the number 3 as the middle point, 1(3)1. Illusions was added to the end, to allow people to picture their ideal haircut.
